Search function on the Marketplace is always a great place to start for any avatar accessories.

There will be a few creators that only sell inworld so its always worth trying inworld search too if you don`t find what you want on the Marketplace, but in my experience most clothes sellers do use the Marketplace.

Oh wow. I used to spend a lot of time looking for a cute tophat and there were none to be found on the marketplace that I liked. I found one that's kinda cute but it needs resizing, like I am sure most hats will. There are a lot of Second Life Blogs out there, try Googling something like SL Blog tophat, or something.
