hen i´m trying to log in i get the failer message that DNS could not resolve the hostname, WHY?

Check your connection, restart your computer and router and leave your router off for a couple of mins before restarting.

You can also try clearing your DNS cache.

Change your login start location to "Smith"

If all else fails, check with your ISP that they are not experiencing any problems.

Go to preferences and check the box called "Show on Login", then OK....When you look back at the login now there should be a drop-down menu with an option to type in a specific location to start from.
