Often the items are in the inventory but were placed in a subfolder and overlooked. Try looking in your subfolders. Also, sometimes it can take a while for an item to be delivered. There are numerous articles on Inventory Management one can read and try various suggested techniques to locate missing items:

Inventory loss

Missing inventory

You may also need to unpack a box the items were delivered in:

Opening boxes

If you cannot find the items or they really were undelivered then asking the seller for redilivery usually works.

When you have Inventory open, you can also select the "Recent" tab to see any items that have been added to your inventory since you logged in.  When you are just beginning in SL, this list will not look much diferent from what you see when you list your entire inventory. As you start to accumulate things, though, it can be very handy to isolate the things that you just added.  Then, before you log off again, rename those items or move them to folders that seem more logical in your own filing system.

Try using inventory search..Type in anything in the search bar in your inventory and see if there is any change in your inventory amount. Also for ease in finding new items go to the recent tab and check for them. If not there click the little gear at the bottom of the inventory and chose "show filters" then change the day to 1 or 2 and see what shows up. After any of that if it is still missing check the notifications tab in the lower right corner of the viewer to see if by accident you declined the items rather then accept them (amazingly easy to do actually..having done it more times then I care to admit..LOL). I f you did check with the store owner to see what they need for a redelivery. Most are very understanding.

If you accepted and it doesn't show up after all my suggestions it's time to go and file a complaint with the Lindens to see if they can find your missing inventory. Good luck.

If all the suggestions below turn up nothing, then craft a polite notecard to the seller including a copy/paste of your transaction information from your account (look at your Dashboard web page, click on Account and Transaction History.  I have done this several times and 99.99% of the time the seller will help you resolve the issue (usually by sending you another copy).  Good luck!
