However those options are now missing from the Create a Support Ticket form. Dakota Linden was the person responsible for granting access. But first, check the main Forums list, click on the Private Forums and see if you already have access. If not then perhaps the best route is to contact Dakota. All the commerce postings and conversations related to commerce are happening out here in the open marketplace forums. JUST THE WAY IT SHOULD BE.
