I have a problem, I can't buy a linden, an introduction to the amount of money your password and then nothing happens

I can not even add a credit card ... when I want to add a credit card, it appears P [en Id Transaction in progress and all ... the problem is either 11/02/2015

I tried 2 times to get linedn and both time failed..

Try again? The billing office is there 24/7. I have called at midnight on a weekend. The people are friendly and helpful. You just have to be polite and clear about what you are asking.
