Business Partner Needed

I am seeking a business partner. I need someone to put up the land for my club. I have 5 SL years experience as a club owner, and want to re-open popular SL club. You put up land which is adult rated, I will provide the club, all equipment, staff, and will run the club.

Profits to be split 50/50, and when the club is in the black I will pay half the monthly rent on the land.

I am very experienced and can provide references.

Hi Sir , i might be intrested in this proposition though i don't necessarily agree ont he 50/50 deal you are offering. since you are basically not taking any risks. A 50/50 split would seem more fair to me once your club proves to be self sufficient

i could agree on a 50/50 deal after expenses ( tier/rent any other costs that i would have to provide for)
