Independent logins for dashboard and community,why?

Hi why do we have 2 separated logins?

If you login in to your dashboard then move to the community forums,and vice versa  you must login again,why?

Why not a "button" that makes a kind of bridge?

  I have sucess just logging into the forums and then I am still logged in if I go to my dashboard from there.  Perhaps it is the order in which you log?  I'm not positive because I normally log in to the forum first

I would  think this is because this is  by "Lithium" and their set up is then linked back to SL.. so logging into it  first  then  accessing your  dashboard would be the link without having to use  2  separate logins. Other wise   log into your dashboard then in to this product   by Lithium.

If you are logged into the website and you come to the forums you should just be able to click sign in and it will automatically sign you in, you shouldn`t be taken off to the login page again.
