returning motorbike to inventory

I just bought, unpacked and rode a motorbike for the first time today and it was great! But then I wanted to go home and discovered I couldn't find a way to return the bike to my inventory. It's rezzed by clicking and dragging to the ground, so there's no "detach" or anything. What do I do?

Right-click your bike and chose take to get it back into your inventory.

Syo is right, Take is the way to do this.  However, most vehicles are copyable...that is, a version of it still exists in your inventory even after you rez one in world.  So you could just leave it by the side of the road, go on your way, and rez it again the next time you want to ride.

I don't advise this, you understand.  Nobody likes a litterbug!  For copyable items, simply Deleting the in-world item will do the trick.  It gets rid of the litter, and doesn't clutter up your inventory with multiple copies of the object.
