second avatar and dishonest seller

Hello. I had a bad case. I buy via IM chat slack object, but there is not enough detail, the seller itself has disappeared. And the second question, it has the second avatara in Second Life, is this allowed?

I have no idea what you are asking in your first question.  Try posting it in your own language; then someone who speaks your language can help you.

Yes, it's perfectly OK for someone to have more than one Second Life account.  These are called "alts" and most people have at least one, often more of them.

You should never buy from someone by paying them directly for the merchandise and relying on them to send you the product, there is a good chance it is a scam.  Less risky is if they rez the product out and set it for sale, so you can see it and check to be sure everything is right with it then you right click it pay the item.   The exception would be if you are working with an established merchant that you contacted and is helping you as part of their customer service or who has done custom work for you.    You can AR the person for fraud, but I doubt LL will get your money back from the thief and they won't reimburse you.
