How do I fix my control panel? Where is Live Chat?

Start here:  https://support.secondlife.com/contact-support/   (Live Chat is one of the options).

You may also need to access your Dashboard:  https://secondlife.com/my/index.php?lang=en-US    (which is where you set up your billing etc.)
