When i download it the SL Viewer i cant open it and run it.

When i download it the SL Viewer i cant open it and run it.I check all system requirments everthing was good but go to the downloads click on the SL Viewer.I download it and than clicked on arrow click open and nothing happend.

You might have downloaded the wrong version, i.e. you downloaded the Windows version and you are on a MAC.

The download might have not completed due to a network time out and so the file is corrupt.

You are trying to run the viewer on your phone, but you said that you checked the system requirements so it can't be that.

You might have some security software that stops you installing software.
