Why I got charged twice?

Question

Hello.

 
I had a premium account, which due to work and bad connection at the site I was I couldn't downgrade on time, after that, I downgraded it but I didnt notice that it wasnt downgraded because I didnt abandoned the land previously, so the payment was still going to get charged which I didnt want cause I'm not able to play SL anymore. I dont know where exactly to go and ask about this cause the 24hrs support is not working right now? Anyway, I'm not using my account and I will not use it in the next months because of my job so there's no sense on having that account as premium right now.
 
Today I got charged twice on the two payment methods I have there, so I gently ask to get my money back because I'm not able to use it, also, why is this that I got charged twice? Please solve my issue and send my money back as soon as possible since I'm so needed on my money and this charge was a big quantity that I didnt expect to pay for. Pretty please contact me. Thank you.
