You should really get your record cleansed as any disciplinary besmirchment could mean the next perceived breach sees your punishment escalated - and since your warning was about something that LL subsequently endorsed you should be receiving kudos not suspensions. Thank you Cato for your kind words. I, too, would like to see a fair and balanced forum; I think LL is on board with this. Lexie has already proved to be a valuable resource (kind and considerate, as well.) My prior minor indiscretion was just that - a minor indiscretion; i apologized profusely and pleaded for forgiveness. I hope they understand because I, too, would like to 'rank' on par with my fellow forumites. ETA My understanding, that to effectively communicate, as many attempt to do in this forum: e.g., a spell checker, image posting, a link to the OED, grammar suggestions, videos, etc.; we should 'all' have in our toolboxes *all* the tools available. I think tools to communicate should not *have* to be earned, they should be given - they should be taken away from people that abuse the tool vis 'a vis ignorance or improper application. That being said, one can not be excused for not having a sense of proportion when responding or creating posts - regardless of the tools in their toolbox; if they don't 'get it' then they never will; their toolbox (in it's entirety) should be confiscated.
