check your e-mail. you should have gotten an e-mail with some info and a slurl to your new linden home.

it is also listed under land on your dashboard i believe.

First thing you have to do is sign up for it.  Click on the Get Your Home Now button in your Dashboard page.  If you have already done that, you should have received an email with a link to your new Linden Home.

This assumes that you have clicked on the 'Your Own Private Home in Second Life' box on your Dashboard...on the right hand sinde.  Follow the instructions, select your house, and you will be given a landmark to your new home.  Simple!

Here's the good part.  Once you follow the instructions above and you select your home - if you do not like the home and the setting - you can abandon the parcel (see the about land tab) and select another.  I think you can do this at least 5 times each day - until you find the parcel you are most comfortable with.   Enjoy your new home.

You have to select the style and model and it will assign you a location.

Don't just look at pictures -- fly to the areas where these houses are inworld. I know the "fairy" theme one has a landing at Elderglen with a lot of great magic freebies. Look around -- see if you want this area or not.

Zoom out of the map from there -- you will the other areas like the A-frames and such.

Go and walk around the areas first to see what you are getting before you pick.

If you have already selected a house from Second Life's website, the simplest way to locate it is from the drop-down menu.

World -> My Land

You should be able to find it there.

If you haven't selected a home yet, you'll want to log into the Second Life website and visit this URL:
