I suggest taking three steps:

1. Reboot your router and modem by unplugging both of them from the power for a few minutes and then plugging them back in.  Then restart your computer.  That will clear the RAM in both the router and the modem and should help you get a better grasp on an IP address.

2. Get off wireless, if you are on it.  Use a direct LAN cable instead.  See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Wifi-and-satellite-connections/ta-p/1296823 .

3.  Do a CLEAN reinstall of your Firestorm viewer, so that all of the hidden files are removed entirely before you download and install a new copy.  Instructions are here >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clean_reinstall

Your installed Firestorm viewer seems to have been corrupted, so these steps will maximize the chance of getting a clean, uncorrupted copy onto your machine.  If you have troubles after doing it, read http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/login_fail
