Why am I having problems logging on the Firestorm Viewer?

I am having problems logging onto the firestorm viewer. This problem started today. I have done everything reconnecting, reinstalling, and also making sure its updated. None of that resolved my issue it stills does the same thing. I need help please.

I suggest taking three steps:

1. Reboot your router and modem by unplugging both of them from the power for a few minutes and then plugging them back in.  Then restart your computer.  That will clear the RAM in both the router and the modem and should help you get a better grasp on an IP address.

3.  Do a CLEAN reinstall of your Firestorm viewer, so that all of the hidden files are removed entirely before you download and install a new copy.  Instructions are here >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clean_reinstall

Any error message, can you describe what you see on your computer screen when you try to log in?
