Downgrade to basic account in pending

I downgraded to basic account two years ago, now i want to return to a premium account but this is not possible because the change membership plan returns the message:

An error occurred while processing your request

    * You have already initiated the downgrade process. Your account will downgrade to Basic Access on Wednesday, 1969-12-31

There is a solution?

I think filing a ticket, or what looks to now be called a support case is the only way to go. https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

If it say's that, you should submit a ticket. Top right of the page under Help. File a Guest Ticket. Then hurry up and wait.

You might be able to call support but my knowledge of phone support options is limited.
