The 'Ideas' feature is a feature offered by the Lithium system that I don't believe LL are going to use. This Lithium software is designed with a whole host of community type features in mind, one of which is the 'ideas' feature. I'm not 100% sure how that feature works (you could probably find more on the Lithium website if you are really interested) but anyway - I don't belive LL are going to use this feature.
