Why cant I transfer us$ total to my paypal account after i sold lindens.

Twice I have sold lindens and tried to get credet transferred to my paypal acount. Ive dotted all the I's and crossed the t's but cant get it to let me process credit.

 

Update was my fault I didn't hit change button on page. It was a bit confusing but got it fixed. Thanks to the folks below for the info.

Did you wait long enough?  A Process Credit transaction can take 7-10 business days.

Are you trying to transfer less than $10 USD?  Linden Lab won't do that unless you are permanently closing your account.

It is more than 20USD and it won't let me even get to the process credit page. All I get is an unhighlighted button to Process Credit. So its not a matter of waiting it wont let me request the credit transfer. I guess Ill have to call.
