ICK! I survive the summer grudgingly, start to perk up in September, and welcome the first flakes of winter snow.  We finally had a 1/2 inch dusting last Thursday.  It's been cold enough that the dusting is still on the ground.  It's pretty but not enough to cover the grass and the few unraked leaves.

Typical Colorado - the sun has now come out.  Even though there are still a few flurries in the air, we'll get to around 30 today, which is enough to let the sun melt the crap from the roads.

Happy Friday!  I stand corrected Dillon, on Keep on Truckin originating in the 60's not the 70's.  As a service to some of our younger forum readers here are a few other 60's Beatnikese words

My personal favorites were "You dig" and "Way Out"
