"After the death of a mother chimpanzee who lived in a zoo, one of the employees of the zoo took home a baby chimpanzee to take care of him. It had never crossed her mind that her dog, who had recently given birth, would have adopted the chimpanzee and would have raised him with her puppies." :heart:

That's adorable and I hope the li'l chimp is able to be reintroduced to his kind somewhere down the road.

I was watching the wild turkeys in my yard today. One of the females has a bum leg and can't get around as well as the others. They never leave her behind and she's as plump as the rest of them. I like to imagine that the flock is watching after her, but it's probably just my imagination. What I'm not imagining is that, for the first time ever, my neighbor isn't shushing the turkeys away from her bird feeders. Moms are pretty cool.

Hiya my friends! That's a great Tuesday indeed: my boss gave me his approval for my winter vacations, YAY! Won't be working from December 15 to January 2nd!

As I may not be able to log in when I am out of Paris, I would love to host a Xmas breakfast on December 9 if it's OK. Just let me know. Hugs you all guys!!!
