Call Live Chat for help with your Linden Home control panel.

If it's less than 32 days past the time when you should have gotten your 45-day $L1000 Premium bonus, you can look for it in your Transaction History  (Account/Linden Dollar Transactions.)  Otherwise, file a Support Case, tell them "I might not have received it, can you check please?"
