Question

how we can prevent bots from others to send group invitations to our customers in our land? We have identified the bot (stay in other SIM) but the sensor maybe present in any avatar in our land or in the land of the neighbor... and  this object can have any owner to talk to the bot. how can we find the avatar or the object or script that is sending messages to the bot send invitations to people? remembering that... the bot is not on the same SIM and our customers keep getting invitations. I reported to LL and wait some action. Only group can run scripts in the land and group is not open!!! we report the abuse and nothing happens... Our customers are totally unhappy with what happens... Second Life does not take any action... we are premiuns and should have some consideration with us... spam never stop.... it might be better to cancel our premiuns and do the same ... no one does anything to help us... in my opinion there's no use complaining ... SL turned earth anyone

You can turn off chat that is sent from outside your parcel by unchecking the Privacy box in About Land/Options.  If this does not stop the messages being sent by the bot next door, open the bot's Profile and find its owner.  Then try to contact the owner of the bot and ask them to limit the bot's messaging to avatars on their own land only.  If this does not produce results, AR the bot and its owner.  If you do not see a result, submit follow-on ARs every few days, being sure to reference the original AR.

Bots don't run from inworld scripts they are avatars just like all the other avatars, but not run by a live human.  An outside server runs the bot.

It is not illegal for a bot to send messages. What is illegal is if the person that gets the messages considers it to be spam.  If your customers are annoyed by this THEY are the ones that should AR the bot.  You are far more likely to get action if they do this everytime they are spammed.
