Is anyone else having problems with groups today? One of my groups suddenly stopped working.

I've had the chat function break before a few weeks ago, it lasted all day. Today i'm not receiving notices from one particular group, even the one I posted myself. 4 notices did not come through, and then 1 did. I really dont know why this happens.
