Can't choose an avatar?

When I click the avatar button, the "Choose an Avatar" dialogue appears, but it's empty. I've quit and reopened the game, and deleted and reinstalled the app. What else can I do to fix it? Btw, I'm on a Macbook Pro running Yosemite.

Hi Thunderbolt,

You can find all the avatars that you'd expect to see in the avatar picker window in the Library->Clothing->Initial Avatars folder in inventory. If you don't find that folder, it's possible that your local inventory list has been corrupted and that's why the avatar picker window is empty.

If you are able to find the avatar outfits in the Inventory Library, then the broken avatar picker is a different problem, but you've still got a way to change avatars.

I found the avatar outfits in the Inventory Library, so that's a win there. However I'd still like to use the avatar picker!

I have the same problem, avatar picker just blank. No big deal as I rarely use it, but seems like a bug.
