0 Lindal Kidd
We are not Linden Lab. We are just residents like you. You might have taken off a mesh avatar, and not the alpha mask that goes with it to hide your body. Click the Avatars button (top button, left side of your screen) and select an avatar from the list. I recommend using a "classic" avatar because the mesh ones are not customizable. If you appear as a cloud, also try putting on an avatar, as above. If that does not help, see here for some other things to try: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail
0 Nalates Urriah
When you ask a tech question include information about your computer and viewer. If the viewer will at least show the login screen, get the info from the viewer's Help-About... and paste that into your post with your question. Help->About... provides all the version numbers we need. To add your info to an existing question use OPTIONS->EDIT. It’s in the upper right of your post. Without information all we can do is guess. That means you have to try all our bad guesses and eliminate them one by one. This is easier for all of us, if you give us good information to start with.
