Sooner or later, every LSL scripter runs into a challenge that requires more than one timer to run simultaneously.  You're only allowed to have one timer event in a state, though, so what can you do?  There are several possibilties.  Here are three: Multiplexing: Supplement a fast timer with one or more global flags that keep track of things that happen over longer periods of time.
