The system requirements for running the full SL client are here: http://secondlife.com/support/system-requirements/

However, you can run SLGO on certain tablets using OnLive:  https://slgo.onlive.com/

It says Tablets with Android 3.2 or later and Smartphones with Android 4.0 or later can be used.

SL Go is basically a cloud server that runs the full SL client, while it streams the graphics to your tablet.

Second Life viewers cannot run on a tablet.  They require a real computer.  The SLGo service that Abigail is referring to works well as a cloud-based remote system for Android units, but you should be aware that there is a monthly service charge to use it, unlike the Linden Lab viewer and all Third Party viewers, which are free to use.

The only client that runs on androit directly is the Lumiya viewer.  But its limited on features. Note: androit is NOT linux
