why my account summary show a different amount of fees than my land use fees?

Question

If you have sold or purchased land, within your billing cycle, the amounts of fees will show different.

The amount in your summary shows the peak-usage of land for the actual billing month, and what you have to pay on next billing day.

The amount in your land use fees shows your current holding of land.
