message says collaborator not found even tho on SL 3 yrs.. why?

I sell items on Marketplace. There is only one person I have worked with and i like to make sure she gets her share of the lindens. Everytime i try to add her to a item being sold, I always get the message "collaborator not found". This person has been on SL for 3 years now and has a linden home. I really would like to see her get the lindens directly instead of me having to go through all the items sold and then figure out her percentage. Any ideas why she can't be found and what to do about it? Thanking everyone in advance for their suggestions and help.

The other account has to be logged in when you send the offer to partner.

I don't imagine you're using display name rather than user name to add your collaborator, but that's the only reason I can think of.

Hello in 2022 , I have the same problem with newly opened avatar accounts. I can't add my partners even though they are added credit cards.
