When my AO is off in second life, I am floating above the ground?

Anytime my AO hasn't been active the past few days, my avatar seems to be floating above the ground.  What I mean is, I am not flying, my feet should be placed firmly on the ground, but for some reason my arms are straight out at shoulder level and I am bobbing up and down.  Is there a way to fix this?  Has anyone else been experiencing this or a similar problem?  Thank you in advance!

Sounds like a stray animation.  Use the Me - Movement - Stop Animating Me and see if that corrects the problem.
