Age Verified but still locked out of Adult

Hello.

Im having  a  problem with age verification.  I did the process twice and it said I  was now confirmed as age verified, but when I try to include adult in  searches, it will only go to mature.  Is there a time delay before the  verification kicks in?

To clarify further, my maturity ratings  are set to mature, I tried to set them to adult but that box is greyed  out.

No, there is no lead time, BUT there is a change you need to make client side.

Go into the preferences dialogue.  You should see roughly half way down there, a "show results from" with a white and blue box next to it, "G" general and "PG" parental guidance.  By the side of these two boxes is a dropdown dialogue.  Drop that down, it has three options, "General", "General and PG", "General, PG and Mature".  Select the third.  You should now see a third box, "M" that's red - restart your client and your search function will now show mature areas.

If you are Premium you could try talking to LiveChat. If not you could add payment info to your account so that you are Account Verified and that also gets you access to adult content. Age Verificiation should really override that but sometimes it doesn`t...no idea why.
