Resident and 24 but can't get age verified

I signed up for SL about 5 days ago and I am 24. I tried to do the age verification and it tells me that I have been verified but then when I go to search on Second Life the Adult box is still grey. I have done this like 4 times using both the last 4 digits of my SSN and then I CA ID card number and got nothing. I have a subscription  and pay every three months. It said on the page that it takes less than two minutes to Verify and I am getting really frustrated with this. Why would I lie and to tell you the truth I suck at lying. What else can I do? Any help will be great

When inworld click Edit then Preferences... on the first tab you see do you have "General, Moderate and Adult" content enabled?

(you very well are age verified, just haven't enabled the content)

I am having the same problem....except when I go to the General tab in the Preferences menu, Adult is not even an option. I've "verified" my age according to the screen about 4 times already, but am unable to grant permission....is this what's happening to you?
