System declined...in paypal hell

Hi I dont know if this is the right place to post this but i need help.  I am trying to buy L$. i use my PayPal account. My primary account is in U.S.dollars. It is backed up by my secondary account and by my bank account. There is more than ample funds in the account to cover the purchase. Up until november 8,2014 I had no trouble making a purchase of Linden dollars in this manner. Since then whenever I try and purchase the dollars nothing happens and i get a "system declined" email. I have spent hours trying to find a solution here...and have done everything suggested in the help system. PayPal advises that they have no record of ever getting any requests for payment from SL  since the last one was paid on November 8th. They advise that they are not receiving the requests for payment from Linden. So in effect when i click pay in SL, the system does not process the transaction and sends me the email.

 

What is the problem? Why did it starton November 8th. What can I do? any ideas?

Hi again,,,,,,  You should at least get an email back saying case has been created,   If not , submit  another support ticket.

You can also submit another case under "billing Support"

There is a Toll free phone number for support also.

If you are a landowner  you can also use LIVE Chat support during Linden Labs business hours.

Bobbie's  sugestion above is a good one also......i've had to do that before.
