Most radios in SL come preconfigured with a number of "channels."  However, over time the URLs for music streams change, and not all sellers keep their products up to date.  Read the instructions that came with your radio, they should explain how to edit the pre-loaded streams to delete ones you don't want and add your own.

Take a look at www.shoutcast.com to id stations that are playing content you want to hear.

Then Lets say you want Nature Sounds...

Go to

http://www.shoutcast.com/radio/Nature

Pick any MP3** stream link and right-mouse click on it. Select the Save target as... ????.pls to your desktop. Open it with any text editor. Inside you will see something like the following:

[playlist] numberofentries=1 File1=http://88.80.200.195:8000 Title1=(#1 - 13/80) stream.silent.li organic relax radio: nature sounds Length1=-1 Version=2

The Land URLs is the http://....at File=1

In this example http://88.80.200.195:8000

So in this case do: World / About Land / Sound / and set the Music URL: to http://88.80.200.195:8000

Good Listening to you!

P.S. ** It's important that you pick a station broadcasting streaming MP3 because the FMOD service that comes with SL only recognizes and supports this method.
