it says my readon hd 6490 m video card is not supported

when i try to lon in to my account SL  viewer says my video card(readon hd6490 )did not  installed properly or it's not up to date

That's not a very powerful graphics chip.  It's really designed for entry-level notebooks and laptops that are going to be used for simple on-line games, watching videos, and doing normal text processing.  Still, you ought to be able to get low- to medium-quality graphics in SL with it.  The message you are getting probably means that its drivers need to be updated, however.  See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Graphics-cards/ta-p/700073#Section_.1.5
