Then you're ready to go in world and start exploring, practicing, and meeting people.  One of the first things that I suggest doing is using your Search function to find Caledon Oxbridge University and then teleport there.  They have excellent tutorials for beginners ( and more advanced residents ), and there are also usually a few helpful mentors there to answer questions.
