 Everytime I try to login i keep getting this message. Ive tried clearing my cache , reinstalling my viewer  trying other viewers, resetting my router ..so far nothing has worked? any ideas?

Thanks it could be that ! I just think its odd that its only my account thats affected. My sister can log on  from our house on my laptop without a problem.

welcome back !  I have a friend who is a premium user calling them and i put out a support ticket . since the issue is on thier end there isnt much else we can do except sit back with some netflix..watch a few horror films and eat lots and lots of halloween candy ! *passes around the candy corn*

It looks like it has been fixed while i was chatting with a support agent, somehow. 

All he did was to ask me to log into the Anzere region... And now everything works. He told me it may come from the region i was trying to reach, but everything seems to work fine now.
