preferences-privacy not able to uncheck boxes

under Viewer 2 there is under preference the privacy tag there you find clear history.....only friends and groups know i'm online and only friend and groups can call or im me and switch off micropohone when ending calls.

the first one Only friends and groups know i'm online i can uncheck the box....the other two i cant....where and how to solve that as now only friends can IM me.

I cant recicve IM from strangers or groups now.

enable voice and then you should be able to uncheck the "only friends can im me". and if you want, disable voice after that.
