it's as nyll said, it doesn't reach your e-mail. but i am not sure if they still get the "user not online, message will be stored and delivered later" message. hmmm, i wonder if they do

so i figured out how the person sent me the message... they sent it on my alt... would you call that harrassment?

Depends how abusive the message was and if it merits submitting an abuse report. Just sending a message is not abuse in my eyes. Have your alt mute him too.

Harassment requires quite a bit of work, I say as long as they don't start creating accounts to get past your two mutes then they aren't harassing you.
