TOS log-in problem

I'm trying to log in my account. Every time, a window pops up asking me to agree to the TOS, but the TOS do not appear, and the checkbox and button to agree to it are greyed out. The only thing I can click on is 'cancel' and of course it tells me I can't go any further without agreeing to the TOS. What can I do to get past this?

That is a problem related to the viewer you are using .

Hover your mouse over the 'help' tab above, click downloads, download and install viewer 1.23... once done doubleclick the icon on your desktop, login as usual, accept the ToS and you'll be good to go.

Unfortunately, the problem first occured when I was using Phoenix, and I tried downloading Viewer 2.2 to see if that would help.

I'll try 1.23, though. I'll let you know if it works.

i have this same problem, and have downloaded several viewers
