cannot rezz on my own mainland - I'm the owner even wearing group tag

Use the land tool to see land ownership.  I'm the owner wearing my group tag and all I did was unrezz and rerezz and not it won't do it

If you are trying to rez in or on a mesh object, you'll get that message sometimes.  If you were trying to rez your pool on the desk of a mesh house, for example.  The solution is to rez it outside and then move it inside with your Build/Edit tool.  Sometimes, also, you can trick the system into letting you rez if you first create a temporary flat prim to use as a work area.  Then rez on that.

You may get that error message when you are trying to rez a large object too close to the edge of your parcel.  If it overlaps into the neighboring parcel, you will get the message from that parcel, saying that you are trying to rez on your neighbor's land.
