Rolig is right, but it's silly to buy such a small quantity of $L.  The transaction fee of $.30 is a fixed amount, so if you just buy a small amount of $L, it is a much larger percentage of your cost than if you buy a larger amount.

I recommend not buying anything less than $20 USD at a time.
