why can't I teleport to ANWR today?

I keep getting the "failed to brant capabilities" message.

The sim is apparently off line.  Linden Lab techs have been notified.

Thanks. It's working again. Where or how do I check to see if a sim is off line?

It's usually pretty obvious if you can't TP there and you can't walk or fly in from the sim next door. That's how I verified it. BTW, if you ever need to report a sim off line, you don't need to be a landowner or even have any connection to the sim. Just submit a supposrt case with the category Land & Region >>> Report a Region Offline. In my experience, LL responds to those cases within less than 20 minutes.
