where is rlv located in singularity

I recently updated Singularity. The RLV  was located at the top of my screen in Advanced.  Now, advanced is no longer there and i cannot find it in my prefernces. I cant find anything at all that was in my old Advanced tab.  I dont understand it at all.

If your Advanced menu is missing, you can get it back again by toggling CTRL + D.

Not sure about Singularity, but the command to enable/disable the Advanced menu is CTRL+ALT+D in most viewers.
