Two people are reporting problems entering regions due to capability-granting issues and both regions are on the Snack RC.

Hi Theresa, they should contact support about that issue.  I can't reproduce it now - I TPed into Mystro Pestro and Kuula, and can access capabilities (download textures and meshes, view 'about land' details, etc).  There are about 20 other avatars in each region too, so it seems that the issue is generally non-reproducible or gone.

So that's what "capabilities" are?

Is there some place I can find out what the various error-messages mean? They look about as useful as Cold-War era weapon codenames.
