Facial animations not looping for others?

My partner and I have a piece of furniture with couples animations, including facial animations. I have a question about the facial animations. I can see mine as long as a pose is held, but I can see my partners only briefly, then the facial part of the animation stops. It starts again if I restart the animation, but never remains. Meanwhile, my partner can see her animations just fine, but mine only for a moment. So we are not seeing the same thing, the facial parts of the animation are looping for one of us, but not the other. Any ideas if this is a matter of settings, or a browser bug?
