Help, error message not in wiki

hey guys, new to sl and just downloaded the viewer. a message pops up every time i go to log in saying the media webkit plugin hasnt downloaded properly. can anyone tell me where to go from here as i cant find the answer on the sl wiki

Please check that you have the latest full version of Flash Player (including the player for Firefox/Safari), see Version Test for Adobe Flash Player , and Quicktime and Java. And that Accept Cookies and Enable Javascript are checked in Preferences > Setup
