Mesh uploader returns one triangle per material, then fails - Texture uploads also fail

When uploading a mesh, my uploader returns one triangle per material in the mesh file. Selecting a Medium LOD file will display the correct number of tris and verts, and when re-selecting the High LOD it will display correctly.
Calculation and upload does however fail every time with various error messages. We have the "MAV_BLOCK_MISSING", and the not less dreaded " Cube.007 failed to upload: Multiple errors while validating asset. Upload_InvalidAsset" 
The preview window shows the initial number of tris on all LOD levels, but no preview.

If that wasn't enough, I'm unable to upload any textures, and even take snapshots on Firestorm and LL viewer.
Catznip works fine with textures, so the texture issue is a KDU bug.
