Can't get music or media to play in Viewer 2

Have just spent several hours trying to get through to "LIVE CHAT" with this issue, and the Linden blew me off without helping.

I can't hear music or see my television in Viewer 2.  I've enabled both in preferences.  There isn't a toolbar option with this viewer, so how

does one start and pause sound and media?

The Linden gave me a link to a Wiki article about firewalls.  I'm on a home computer, where there are no firewalls.

I have no problem with this issue in Viewer 1, so what is the deal with Viewer 2?

The buttons to start and stop media/music are in the upper right corner. As far as them not working at all, I have to turn off my antivirus for them to work for me. You could possibly try this.

As for as no firewall at home, unless you've turned it off it's there if you're using a Windows OS.
