Kerryanne Crystal
I've entered my payment details, and they have been accepted, but why does my profile still say not payment on file?

0 WolfBaginski Bearsfoot
Have you actually made a payment? I think that's what triggers the on-file status, as it means that LL can actually go through the payment process which checks the details you gave are valid. 0 Marc Claridge
@Wolf If a paymant is made, then the status in profile would be "payment info used". There are these 2 different states.
